Having just wrote a two part post about Technorati, Part One “What Is Technorati” and Part Two “How Do I Raise My Technorati Ranks” I decided to include a third part. This one “Technorati Favorite Exchange” will help to jump start your Favorite numbers. Favorite Exchanges are nothing new in the blogging world. For the past year or so bloggers have been using them as a means to gain more readers, and to build some respect. It also helps you as a reader discover new blogs that you may have otherwise never come across, and to build relations with other bloggers.
How To Exchange Favorites?
It’s very easy to do, and I will list out what needs to be done. First off I have a few rules. Any blog can exchange, but I do request that:
- NO spam blogs.
- No Adult content.
- No overly offensive material.
- Your site must be free of copyrighted material.

Here Are The Steps For Favorite Exchange
1. Favorite my blog on Technorati by Clicking Here and adding as a Favorite, or use the button on my sidebar.
2. Return here and leave a comment letting me know you added me as a Favorite, and be sure to leave either your username or link to your Technorati page so that I can add you to mine. Username – thebloggersource Link – http://technorati.com/blogs/thebloggersource.com
3. Write a new post on your blog about this post “Technorati Favorite Exchange” and that you are exchanging Favorites and make sure to put a link to this post in it.
4. When I receive a Trackback letting me know you did I will include a link on this post to your post.

Simple as that. I won’t reply to the comments posted on here, as that would be a job in itself. I will, however, be updating on a daily basis. Return to this page to verify your link was added, and to also visit other blogs and exchange with them as well. If, for some reason, I miss your Favorite or Link do let me know.
